菲律宾北部发生车祸致7死15伤 Apr 21st 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 新华社马尼拉4月20日电（记者郑昕 袁梦晨）菲律宾北部卡林加省塔布克市20日发生一起车祸，目前已造成7人死亡，15人受伤。 当地警方说，当地时间20日上午，20多人乘坐一辆卡车前往附近村庄参加一场祈福活动，10时左右，车辆突然失控坠入5米多深的山沟中，大多数乘客被翻覆的卡车压住。车祸已造成7人死亡，其他伤者还在接受救治。据了解，死伤者多为老年人。 卡林加省位于菲北部山区，道路崎岖陡峭，交通事故频发。2018年9月11日，一辆小型"吉普尼"公交车在该省境内坠下悬崖，造成14人死亡、20多人受伤。
