卡舒吉案效应：德国宣布延长对沙特武器出口禁令 Mar 29th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 据"中央社"报道，沙特记者卡舒吉去年遇害后，德国暂停对沙特阿拉伯武器出口，如今德国宣布将禁令再延长6个月，直到9月30日止。 德国政府发言人塞柏特在声明中表示，暂停对沙特销售武器的禁令将延长6个月，自2019年3月31日起，至9月30日止。 不过，欧盟伙伴一直以来就反对这项禁令，因为冲击到欧洲战机(Eurofighter)、旋风式战斗机(Tornado)等联合防御计划，包括出售给沙特48架欧洲台风式战斗机(Eurofighter Typhoon)、总价132.7亿美元的交易。 法国与英国已敦促德国终止武器输出禁令。 2018年10月2日，沙特记者卡舒吉进入沙特驻土耳其伊斯坦布尔领事馆后失踪。同年10月20日，沙特检察机关宣布卡舒吉已死亡；18名沙特籍涉案人员被捕。

法国总理呼吁以对话和外交方式解决海湾危机 Mar 29th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 法国总理菲利普28日在卡塔尔首都多哈呼吁以对话和外交途径解决海湾断交危机。 据卡塔尔通讯社28日报道，当天到访的菲利普与卡塔尔首相兼内政大臣阿卜杜拉举行了会谈，双方重点讨论了国防与安全问题。 在随后举行的联合记者招待会上，菲利普表示，地区国家应当以对话和外交途径化解危机，而不是使民众、家庭、学生为地区国家的分歧付出代价。他强调，法国在此问题上的立场是不变的。 阿卜杜拉表示，双方在会谈中讨论了包括海湾断交危机在内的中东诸多地区问题。双方对许多重大问题看法相近，将致力于解决地区问题，其中包括双方将协力反恐等。 2017年6月5日，沙特、阿联酋、巴林和埃及以卡塔尔"支持恐怖主义"和"破坏地区安全"为由，宣布与卡塔尔断交，并对其实施制裁和封锁。随后又有多国宣布与卡塔尔断交。这一断交风波至今没有平息。（杨元勇）
